Somehow I needed to write this. I want to get this message to Dave Brock: Hawkwind was the first band I saw live, Hall of the Mountain Grill was the first record I bought. I'm well into my sixties but Hawkwind is still as important to me now as it was when I was in my teens. Here we are, almost half a century later - nothing has changed. Hawkwind is unique and you're important: keep going, keep creating.
